The project is located in The Yuran Ranch of Hunnengshan Shandong province. A 500KW Perkins Perkins4008-30TRS2 Bio biogas generator unit is used for single-to-single denitration. The gas volume is 2511 Nm³ /h, the operating temperature is 550℃, the original emission of nitrogen oxide (NOx) is < 500mg/Nm³, and the emission of nitrogen oxide (NOx) is required to meet the standard: < 50mg/Nm³. In the commissioning process, the denitrification discharge met the design requirements at the beginning, but the denitrification efficiency was found to decrease gradually. After inspection, it was found that the unit of this project had oil leakage, and the leaking oil was discharged into the denitrification system reactor through the flue gas, which polluted the catalyst and reduced its activity. Our company sent the contaminated catalyst to a third-party professional testing institution for testing, and the result was that the catalyst had lost its original efficiency and only reached 55% of the performance of the ex-factory catalyst. After consultation with the owner, our company replaced a batch of catalysts for free, the denitrification efficiency was restored, and the NOx emission was < 50mg/Nm³, meeting the performance requirements.
