This project is a cooperative control technology and applied technology project of ningbo University, located in Meishan Campus of Ningbo University. The unit is 1100KW Marine diesel engine, and 1 set of C-DPF, 1 set of DOC and 1 set of SCR are set in its export flue for treating PM, HC, CO and NOx in exhaust gas. After c-DPF, DOC and SCR, the exhaust performance of the diesel engine shall be guaranteed. It is required that the emission concentrations of HC+NOx, CO and PM exported from the final system shall not be higher than 11g/ KWH, 5.0g/ KWH and 0.27g/ KWH. This project has realized the emission control of most major pollutants of internal combustion engine (except sulfide), and demonstrated the professionalism, extensiveness and advancement of the company's internal combustion engine exhaust treatment technology. After the exhaust of the unit goes through the whole system of C-DPF, DOC and SCR, PM, HC, CO and NOx emissions all meet the performance indicators. In addition, the electric heating function is added on the basis of conventional DPF, and the regeneration of DPF catalyst is realized, which is also a highlight of the project. |
