This project is located in the power department of Fuhui Textile Co., LTD., Jiangyin Binjiang Development Zone. There are three 75T/h coal-fired boilers in the power station, all of which are SNCR+SCR denitrification designed and transformed by our company. This is the third phase OF SCR transformation. The original SNCR denitration of circulating fluidized bed boiler has NOx emission of 100mg/Nm³. Industrial extruding-type medium-temperature denitration catalyst is installed in the middle of the two-stage economizer layer. The spray gun position is set at the corner of the flue duct behind the cyclone separator, and 20% ammonia water is used as reducing agent to make the NOx emission of the chimney after denitration < 45mg/Nm³.
