A total of 5 500KW units were designed for gas power station of this project. Five-in-one high temperature denitration was designed, flue gas temperature was 550℃, original NOx emission ≤6000mg/Nm³, and NOx emission ≤300mg/Nm³ was required after denitration. The flue gas pipeline of this project was not insulated, and the actual flue gas temperature was only 320~350℃, which did not reach the temperature range of high temperature catalyst's efficient denitrification efficiency, and the NOx emission after denitrification did not meet the performance index. After that, it is suggested that the owner add insulation measures. The flue gas temperature reaches about 500℃, and the NOx emission after denitrification is no more than 300mg/Nm, which meets the performance indicators. Moreover, it has been successfully tested and obtained by a third party. ![]() |
