A total of 4 500KW units are designed for gas power station of this project. The design includes four-in-one high-temperature denitrification, flue gas temperature of 550℃, original NOx emission ≤3000mg/Nm³, and NOx emission ≤300mg/Nm³ after denitrification. The flue gas pipeline and the reactor were not insulated. The flue gas temperature before the reactor was only 350℃, which did not reach the temperature range of high catalytic denitrification efficiency. However, the NOx emission after denitrification was still no more than 300mg/Nm³, which was successfully tested and obtained by a third party.
