The project is located in the jianyang municipal solid waste landfill site, chengdu city, sichuan province. Four yanbach j-320 biogas generating units are denitrified single to single. The exhaust temperature is 450-550℃, and the original emission of NOx is < 500mg/Nm³. There are many impurities in the on-site biogas pipeline and the gas distribution is not uniform. The original emission concentration of each unit varies greatly, and some units even have a sulfide emission index of more than 200ppm, which has a great impact on the catalyst life. The measured original NOx emissions in 500-600 mg/Nm³ after, after the denitration NOx emissions 50-90 mg/Nm after, because of the original emission is 20% higher than design value, in order to ensure the project acceptance and subsequent use of discharging standard, to jet injection instead of a fixed amount of urea solution, priority meet the environmental protection acceptance check, compressed air and remind owner normally open, intermittent use of denitration device to extend the life of the denitration.
