This project is located in the Energy station of Novartis Pharmaceutical Park, Pudong New District, Shanghai. Two Yanbach J-420 natural gas generator sets are denitrified in single to single medium temperature. Combined with two 8T/h gas-fired boilers, denitrification is conducted at low temperature after low-nitrogen combustion. Boiler emissions after 200-260 ℃ temperature, low NOx by nitrogen burner original emissions < 30 mg/Nm³ after, boiler flue gas and mixing unit, flue gas denitration at low temperature area, using the medium temperature denitration escape ammonia after secondary oxidation reduction denitration, make the total NOx discharge outlet flue < 30 mg/Nm³ units vent with three-way valve, when the normal operation of the flue gas flow through the boiler again from the discharge outlet discharge; When the boiler is repaired, the flue gas of the unit is discharged from the by-pass pipeline.
