On-line commissioning of unit 2 has been completed, and the unit continues to operate. The denitrification efficiency meets the design requirements. The original emission of NOx of gas unit is measured on site at 200-350mg/Nm, and the emission of NOx after denitrification at medium temperature + low temperature is < 30mg/m³.
The successful commissioning of the final two 1500KW+8T/h gas-fired boiler denitration project cannot be achieved without the trust and support of the owner unit and manufacturers. Second, Zhangshan Gas Power Station
There are 5 500KW units in total. Due to the owner's demand for additional units in the future, the reactor shell is required to be designed according to Liuhe1 (i.e. 6x500KW), high temperature denitration, flue gas temperature 550℃, and original NOx emission ≤6000mg/Nm after denitration, NOx emission is required to be ≤300mg/m³.
The original emission of NOx on site was > 5000mg/Nm. Under the effect of design allowance, the emission of NOx after denitration was no more than 300mg/Nm³, which was successfully tested and obtained by a third party.
Third, Hou Village power station
A total of 4 500KW units are designed for gas power station of this project. The design includes four-in-one high-temperature denitrification, flue gas temperature of 550℃, original NOx emission ≤3000mg/Nm³, and NOx emission ≤300mg/Nm after denitrification.
After denitrification, NOx emission ≤300mg/m³ was successfully detected and obtained by a third party.
